At John Brass, we aim to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping guidelines below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed once payment has been received and reflected in our account. Orders are usually packed within 1–3 business days, depending on stock availability.
Once your order has been packed, we will send you the parcel measurements and weight so shipping can be arranged if required.
If the shipping fee was paid at checkout, we will arrange delivery.

If you want John Brass to arrange delivery , it is possible but on your expense.
Shipping Options
Courier Delivery
We primarily ship using The Courier Guy, a trusted nationwide courier service. Delivery times may vary depending on your location but generally take 1–4 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking number once the parcel has been collected.
PostNet to PostNet
We can also ship via PostNet using their PostNet-to-PostNet service.
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days
The parcel will be sent to your selected PostNet branch
You will receive a notification to collect your parcel
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on parcel size, weight, and delivery location. These costs will either be:
Included at checkout, or
Confirmed with you once your order has been packed.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines fall under the responsibility of the courier company. However, we will gladly assist with tracking and delivery queries.
Local Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at John Brass- 3 Wrensch Road, Observatory . After placing your order, we will notify you when it’s ready for collection.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages & Issues
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
